Nice selection of things but staff were unhelpful. Asked to be shown how a side cot (which comes with a travel bag) could be folded down for travel, as we were considering purchasing it. We were then told by another member of staff, "we don't demonstrate that in store because it takes too long/it's more complicated than it looks". By contrast, staff at John Lewis couldn't do enough for us. The lady we dealt with also told us that they've had numerous customers come in telling them Mamas & Papas were rubbish. Says it all really...

She was absolutely amazing and really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and talked us though all our options for a new pram. This was our first visit to this store as we are due only in January. Nida was extremely helpful, informative and shown us all the things what we should look for in all the equipment what we will need for our baby. Although we haven't purchased anything and we stated this at the beginning she still spent a lot of time with us explaining everything. I can only recommend this store and we will definitely revisit it closer to our due date.

An empty shop. 3 people behind the counter looking at their phones and not one of them even acknowledged us. The last time we came to this store there was a great guy (pink hair) who was incredibly friendly; it was early in our pregnancy so we wanted to wait but we came back because we remembered how helpful he was. All his hard work was undone by the staff they have now. Terrible. We went and spent a small fortune elsewhere.
