Absolutely fab experience from staff, as I've come to expect in a Mamas and Papas. We were looking st pushchairs and car seats, and we were able to try the csr seats at our leasure on the sample seat to try the fastenings. One of the staff then helped us try our the pushchairs, let us fold them up and drive them round the store to get a feel, and also try the size out in our boot. It was such a great experience. Thank you so much.

We went to this store and were looked after by Darcie. Darcie was really pleasant, informative, polite, friendly and helpful. She demonstrated a very good level of knowledge and her approach was customer-focused. She was able to give us dedicated support and demonstrations to run through a number of products and show us how to use them. She also tailored her advice on various scenarios that we presented her with and found us suitable products and bundles for our circumstances. There was also no pressure from her on us to make a purchase and we were given a quote with all the relevant information. We left the store feeling well looked after and having had a positive customer experience we would return to the store again in future. Thank you Darcie.

Unfortunately my wife left car seat in cousins car when she reached mamas and papas we went there to check car seat the little one that we wanted to borrow but the lady with old lady with short hair starting putting pressure on us to buy car seat and did not even give us options just had one choice which we cudnt even afford and had trouble paying she told us you can't go home and also told we will get it. Didn't even let me go and get the car seat without taking the car seat.putting pressure on people like that have an impact on thier mental health I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. If you don't susenpend that lady your company needs seriously having look at
