I had a room next to the elevator and I couldn’t sleep. 202, 205 don’t accept those. The tv was not working. They have an app on the tv that kept rebooting every minute, impossible to watch smth. Bonus: the tv went on during the night by itself. I did mention it to the reception, but nothing happened. Nevertheless the staff is kind and the decoration is nice. All in all, i find it overpriced for the location and for what it offers.

My parents stay at this hotel every time they come to visit me in London. We have been eating here a few times now & the quality of food is never disappointing. Last time I had a chicken schnitzel that I will never forget! Cocktails are also good & the staff is nice and friendly. The atmosphere is warm and I thought many times to go and work from there when working remotely as I genuinely like the place
