Fantastic cake, beautifully designed, crafted and finished. We used Claire at Mama Cakes for our wedding at Skitby House in March 2022. From my initial contact through consultation and delivery on the day, Claire was amenable, pleasant and professional throughout, although i'm sure she may have been frustrated with my lack if clarity and uncertainty in choices, she did not once ever show it and made me feel so at ease when discussing my thoughts. Our cake was perfect for us and our day. Our guest commented on how stunning the cake was and how the three tiers of different flavours were all absolutely delicious. I could not have asked for anything better. Highly recommend Mama cakes for anyones special day!

We booked our wedding cake with Claire over two years ago and never imagined that we would have to cancel and rearrange it so many times. But I have to say Claire has been brilliant, she has been so so patient and caring about what she does. I felt awful kept chopping and changing but she really made sure everything was absolutely perfect for us. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and answering our emails so late at night. Your a real star.

Very disappointed booked a year in advance for our wedding cake and then cancelled 9 days before saying she thinks she’s got a chest infection, but sits on Instagram posting about doing trading and to vote for her in beauty competitions so she hasn’t been Ill, we confronted her and she just liked our comment and asked us to vote so obviously thinks it’s a joke, luckily we found another person to do our wedding cake last minute. Very unreliable and would not recommend unless you want her to ruin your wedding right at the last minute.

Claire makes incredible cake!! We used Mama Cakes for our wedding at Kinmount house in August 2022 and we couldn’t have been happier! After the delicious initial tasting in the cake showroom, consultations were all done over the phone and using an online mood board and the design that Claire sent over was perfect! It was so beautiful and pulled together all the different aspects of our wedding. Claire took care of the setup on the day and everything was fantastic. The cake flavours were amazing and guests praised it as a highlight of the evening!

What can I say?! Claire is amazing! She is a very friendly professional who knows everything there is to do with cakes. She understood the style of our wedding better than we did, when we went for our tasting, and helped us figure out what we actually wanted. Plus, Every single one of her cakes tasted incredible. She kept us in the loop via her client area on the mama cakes website and sent through a draft design for our cake. Claire, along with designing and making the cake, delivered and set up at the venue on the morning of the wedding. We were blown away on the day when we saw our cake. It was perfect and tasted amazing. Everyone loved it. She is such a talented individual. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Claire!

She took so much time helping us with the design of our cake as we really didn't know what we wanted.
