    Expensive on way out of Malton (more than Kappa) and rude when taxi requested into Malton. This was requested for an hour’s time. Drivers very good, operator on phone rude to my friend. What a shame.

    I rang this Company today to be told l would be charged £2 to take my little Yorkshire Terrier in the Vehicle from Malton Square to Ray Chapman Motors less than a mile !! According to New Tariffs which came in on 1st April there is no mention of being allowed to charge for dogs. Therefore illegal to charge For a dog ...Got bus...dog went free.Very sarcastic response from Owner.Still no mention of charge for dog on NYCC Tariff Card so still NOT allowed to charge. Will contact licensing and see what they say. Sarcasm doesn't alway pay !
