What a fantastic experience we had at this salon. Heather was nothing short of amazing, so kind and obviously an expert in her field! She gave us life advice and made us laugh for the duration of the appointment whilst sorting my wig and hair. I left feeling a million dollars. Thank you so much for everything!

First wig shop to never offer wig caps told to buy on Amazon. Why would you buy after trying on? All wigs are to be tried on with caps for hygiene purposes and for some is a lot more comfortable. We are all different! The reply below from the very rude owner Heather is my first review who has not apologised in anyway for the very lack of knowledge of hair growth and customer service I am adding to my first review as I don’t appreciate such a false and lying reply and is refusing to give me correct details and box of hairpiece purchase here. It’s totally unsuitable fell to the side after 20 mins of wearing after Insparations clipped it in. Also sold me 4 wigs previously and all to small. No wonder they don’t supply wig caps as they squeeze the wigs on. If your wigs ride back, it’s to small If you get a cone at the top, it’s to small If the lace front leaves an imprint, it’s to small If the wig pulls your hair, it’s to small All of which I said was happening and then very stupidly bought a hairpiece from them. Please find a professional wig/hairpiece provider as I have lost so much money here and learnt the hard way which made me very ill for months. Yes, I have had new growth and found my perfect hairdresser to help me all after getting support and correct wig fitting from a professional business. Also, I mentioned at my very first visit that you were not on the list from my NHS health board and you are still not as I told you I had a Dermotolgy appointment last week. Very sad that salons like this exist! And still no apology or offer to resolve selling 4 wigs and a hairpiece totally unsuitable. So many bad reviews to, how does this salon keep going ?? I hope the NHS resolve this soon! Complete waste of money to a salon that only knows how to sell and no compassion for hairloss not even when the hairloss is caused from illness. You have to keep spending to keep this owner pleasant! Service: Hairstyling

Inspirations was recommended by a friend who had chemo and had a wig from this lovely place. I’m going to have my ist chemo at the end of the month. I went there without expecting anything. Joe is very professional and knows exactly what I need and what suits me. He ordered me few wigs to try on and got me the same colour of my hair. I’m very happy with my wig, can’t wait to wear it. I tried few bandanas and got a free one to take home too. I highly recommend this place and make sure to book an appointment. Thank you very much Inspirations! xx Service: Hairstyling

Heather is very friendly and helpful and is very knowledgeable about hair systems. She introduced me to using tape rather than glue and how to look after it myself rather than relying on 4-weekly appointments. She also has sent off for a new hair system to be created to more closely match my natural hair which I am looking forward to receiving. Highly recommended.

I arranged an appointment with Heather to discuss a consultation for a wig for my mum in law. Heather was extremely helpful and accomodating and arranged an appointment with Joe. My mum in law was nervous and excited, Joe put my mum in law at ease with his relaxed, calm friendly manner. Joe demonstrated his knowledge in his discussion of wig choice suitability, styling and colour with my mum in law. This enabled my mum in law to make an informed decision on wig choice. My mum in law is extremely pleased with her wig. It has boosted her confidence and enables her to attend her social activities. Excellent service, well done. Ann & Jean x

Just had upsetting and unprofessional encounter at this salon because I dared to express shock at a quote for £1200 for a hair toppers. I had asked for an indication of price before travelling an hour to get there an appointment which was changed at the last minute by Heather, by the way. (Not that I objected as given the circumstance and the fact that I am a reasonable person!) I was told they don't give quotes over the phone but if they'd just said it could be in the region of £1,000 I wouldn't have gone. She got very defensive and aggressive then asked us if we worked! How unprofessional! I fail to see what business that is of hers or what difference that makes! Then she told me I'd need to pay £30 consultation fee - something else that we hadn't been warned about! When my husband pointed out that I'd only been in there 10 mins and thought £30 was a lot, she told us she wasn't arguing and ordered us out before slamming the door and telling us we weren't nice people! She's now saying I cut the consultation short! Unbelievable and untrue. I didnt cut the consultation short at all! I only came to ask about prices and to see what hair toppers actually were.
