Went to view a house waste of time give us application forms to fill out did it and then got told after filling out forms and going to view the house we called up and they said that because my partner is under 21 they can’t do anything for any of there properties the lady who was at the viewing said that our ages would be okay read the other reviews there not interested just money grabbers only interested in helping when there getting cash off you and your non refundable deposit’s

Do not go with The Maltings if you expect to see your full deposit back. Lovely and helpful throughout my nearly 3 years and then used any excuse to get me to foot a cleaning bill out of my deposit, after me chasing them for my deposit for weeks. Unprofessional, offensive and upsetting experience. Before I recommended The Maltings but not I would not go near them at all. No respect for their clients just after the money sadly.

Was with them for 6years. While most reported issues were dealt with swiftly when the tenancy came to a end that is when the problems started. We left the property in better shape than we found it. Yet they tried to justify not giving us our deposit back for stuff like the grass needed cutting in December? They then sent pictures which proved it didn’t. During our 6years I would call and speak to someone and they would sort things and call me back and was very good at communicating. But when we left the manager has failed to call back on a number of occasions to discuss issues around ending our agreement. To sum up good while you are with them just don’t ever leave as they will rip you off!
