    Shame I couldn’t rate 0 or minus numbers. WORST doctors iv ever experienced. On the phone for 2 hours, number 2 in the queue for it to cut off. They don’t even get in touch when you’re pregnant to sort you out a midwife which is their job and then when you sort out a midwife your self they give them the WRONG email to send me a prescription. Nobheads fuming at the level of service from these. Will definitely be changing doctors.

    Phone system and the new online system anima is terrible. The phone system to cut waiting times is worse than before, called at 12pm and I was number 49 in the queue. The online system to cut down waiting times is even worse. Like the appointment system, you only have access to sending requests, appointments between 8am and maybe 8:15am if you are luck because the services are closed due to it being fully booked. Poor service in getting through.

    Can’t get an appointment to see your own gp, referred to the app which is all blocked off. Manage to speak to someone who can’t get your name and address and dob correct then tells you your not on their system. Not surprised they have such terrible feedback. Need closing down.

    Had to visit Malling health at sandwell hospital today. What a great experience it was. Staff couldn’t do enough for me. They were happy and polite. I was expecting to wait but was in and out with my treatment in under twenty minutes. Such a great service from all involved 😃 BRILLIANT!

    I received a 1st Notification letter to say I missed my appointment when I had turned up for it! After waiting half an hour I went back to the desk to be told by a receptionist "there were no appointments for the time I stated". So I went home. To receive a letter with comments like "missed appointments are something we cannot continue to tolerate" had me fuming. I moved from one practice after more than 60 years because it was too crowded and now I find here it takes 2 weeks to see a doctor and a week to see a practice nurse. To think I objected to its proposed closure!!
