Had an item of jewellery repaired for a surprise for my partner. Come Christmas as she opened it they had done a stunning job. Which I already knew. I was expecting to pay a lot more but price was better than I thought. End result you would even notice where it was repaired. ALWAYS USE MALLARDS.

Nearly 4k ring they only wanted to give me £320 for it but because it had its label and tag on it wouldont take it as it could be stolen never known a place not to take it cos it has tags I would really advise anyone to go somewhere else if selling there jewellery as they will give u the lowest amount possible

Superb service, had a bracelet repair done and it come back perfect and super clean and shining, so popped in on the off chance to see what wedding rings they had as I was looking for something a little different!, Kealey showed me some pre-owned which I was sceptical about however I found the absolute perfect ring and at a fraction of my budget!. Kealey was super helpful in helping my OH find his too! Definitely recommend x
