    Visited Malibu to get some upvc cladding for the bathroom on the 16/06 just after 17:00 as we walked up the stairs there were two guys on the desk one at the back was with a customer the other (slim guy) sitting on the right side of the stairs looked at us and turned his face without acknowledging us. Which purely frustrated me even then we kept calm and patiently waited for good 10 minutes for someone to serve us but we were completely ignored. At the end I ended up going to the slim guy and asked if anyone would serve us then he asked what we wanted and just to be told that warehouse had already closed. I usually don’t write reviews but on this occasion i felt it was necessary. I felt because we were dressed as builders these guys weren’t interested in our custom. I believe they only like the high end customers. Definitely won’t be returning to this store.

    Very disappointing service . I ordered quooker tap and quooker filter and I went for pick up they didn’t give me my whole order instead they mislead me by saying that quooker boiling water tank is filter and over a month they had my item with them me not knowing and when it is time to install then I was told by my plumber that this is only boiling water and not filter because I had no idea about the product what comes with it. I try to call them they said they had filter with them and they didn’t even call me and when I went to pick up they said it is not a rocket science to install it u can do it now as well Very un professional service please check your order before you leave
