Having been on a tour here, UCL's Engineering building is fitted with a wide variety of facilities. Most rooms are smaller compared to other universities' buildings, although this is expected given that the campus is in London. That being said, the university is among the best ones in Europe and whether you like it or not is down to how you feel about the environment of London universities.
