Have had an appointment at 2pm. called her 20 minutes before the appointment that i have to leave at 2.15 because of a delivery.She told me that´s ok because the Treatment only takes 15 minutes. At 2.10 i have left with no treatment and have paid in sum 14 pounds for the uber!!!

So, let me say upfront that I have not actually used Izabela's male waxing service, but wanted to share with you my experience and interaction with her. Noting a number of negative reviews posted on here from gentlemen who have previously used her waxing service, I chose to nevertheless give Izabel the benefit of the doubt and called to enquire about her services. I left a voice mail expressing an interest in using her services and requested a call back to discuss. She did not bother to return my call. I called a second time and managed to get through to her on that occasion. Having received no acknowledgement of my voicemail nor an apology for her failure to call back as requested, I went on to ask if she could explain what was involved in her waxing procedure. Before I could even finish my sentence, she very rudely interrupted me and said in an abrupt manner "Can you call me later, I'm with a client right now .... all the information is on my website!" Of course I had already visited her website but had found the information insufficiently clear so still required further clarification. Quite frankly, her rudeness and unprofessional manner in just handling a potential new client suggested to me that: a) she was so busy and her business doing so well that she didn't really care for nor need my custom, and that b) were I to actually book an appointment with her, I would find her, as other reviewers have warned, to be just as rude and unprofessional in person. Taking advantage of an open market and with my expectations, as a playing client, of receiving better customer service and less attitude, I have decided to take my custom elsewhere.

Izabela is by far the best wax therapist that I have ever used. She is very responsive and quite easy to book appointments with. She is quick and professional at what she does - makes you feel at ease and not awkward at all. The products she uses are of high quality and smell nice. Also, you won't leave her salon all sticky, as she always cleans all the wax up and double checks that there is no hair left. The therapy room is very clean, hygienic and warm in winter, which was quite important to me. Decor wise I wasn't really too bothered, it was very comfortable and that's the only thing that matters, really! On top of that Iza is very passionate about her work and gave me good tips on aftercare. Great chat included in the already competitive price! ;) Highly recommended!

I had an upper body wax done a few days ago here. I have had waxing done before but it was my first experience here. The room doesn't look at all like in the picture, in fact it could do with some greatly needed refurbishment, if not at least some tidying up. There is not even a coat hanger in the room...but let's get to the important things. Isabela was rather cold, hardly said a word and didn't seem very friendly. She rushed through the waxing so much so that attention to detail was neglected (I can clearly see areas of my body not been waxed properly). The other thing that I really didn't like is the flimsy paper roll that she roughly spread onto the bed for me to lay on...it ripped almost instantly and was all over the place; this meant that my freshly waxed skin was touching the bed's plastic cover...NOT very hygienic at all! On the plus side, the waxing was less painful compared to where I usually have my waxing done, also the price seems a little more competitive compared to other places. However, next time I will rather pay more for a warmer welcome, more attention to detail and especially, better hygienic standards. I have seen much better than this!
