Good product, very poor customer service. Had a gate fitted was quoted 4 weeks took closer to 10. You need to pay 50% before they even give you a sketch. First drawing was completely wrong. Waited all day for the gate to be fitted and workers never turned up. Another time they was supposed to come first thing in the morning they only showed up at 4.30pm. It required 3 attempts to fit the gate was not fitted correctly at one point it did not open and the office was adamant I was doing something wrong. When the gate was finally fitted (and it opened) the fitters refused to change the combination lock code for me and I was told to read the manual and make payment. It was not a professional experience. To top it off you are aggressively chased for payment, before the work is even complete, nobody once checked I was happy with the work, I would just be sent emails and phone calls demanding payment.
