A great club, I have been a regular for a couple of years now and never fail to be impressed by the quality of the teaching. We practice Yoshinkan Aikido, which can look a bit rigid and inflexible at first viewing but once you get going and start to understand the principles behind the movements it's actually very soft but very powerful. The training is traditional but open minded and has helped improve my coordination and increase my body awareness. Classes are well priced and are on twice a week - Wednesdays and Fridays (but please note that there is no class on the first Wednesday of the month)
