I was told 5 to 7 days for the the repair on my mitre saw 10 days later and still not even an update on when I might get it back after numerous calls and no return calls back frustrated to say the least payment was made with minutes with the hope to speed up the repair as tools are needed to carry on working as I dont just have them to sit in the garage had to hire a saw to carry on working at my expense just not good enough will not use again and will not recommend
