1 star because you can't put zero. We bought the netatmo camera support. It is just a half tube welded on two brackets. Welding of very questionable and mediocre quality, all very approximate, painting on product partly absent. It is very far from the price ... it is not worth 2 pounds sterling ... even ali expresse does better! Add to this the deplorable quality of the customer service and the customs duties which come in addition to your price if ypu are in eu (we thought that all was included) and which site does not have to do if you contact his customer service. So basically filler with cpes steve sold me is insanely strong, literally strenght is like new wood like, i tried putty and other stuffs, its just different level. If you really have something rotten to the bone this is what you want to go for. And i wanna say its cheap for what it does , result is just strong. I have always doubts till i got result so this is based on successful use when e.g.10cm wood just gone been replaced with filler and scres runs in, and it is in horizontal position. Also like how steve is really engaged with ppl, i need to say whatever he told me was really correct about product and give me advice about applications and also i had some nonsense questions which he somehow ignored and they turned to be nonsense once successfully used product. Recommend this 6 out lf 5 star
