I can't say it is the worst place, they do have people willing to teach and teach well. However, I can count them all on fingers of one arm. Summary for this mark: -Old tools and machines -Outdated software support, old programs -Outdated teaching methods like (only main ones) : - Using calculators is forbidden - Paper graphs and lists - No corporate software training( e.g. Excel basic skills) -Rude behavior and "do what I told you" approach.

So bad that my company at the time (Mondelez international) only sent our group and changed providers after a year. Cleared out my personal locker over the summer without warning. Binned £100s of pounds work of prescription safety glasses and boots. Also threw away assessment work.

Would rather drag my body across glass than ever attend this facility again, let alone send any apprentices there. Rude staff, most of whom are new and have no idea what to do through no fault of their own. Tutors openly admit directorship is a mess, the way apprentices are handled is poor and that people are only taught to pass assignments; this was the case during my time as an apprentice here... I personally knew a few apprentices who were penalised by their employers through the poor communication and misinformation passed around by the administration team! Parking is very, very poor. I was told by my company and MAKEUK that I would be able to park on site as I was a 'commercial' student (someone who didn't get government funding, my company actually paid for my courses) but halfway through the year everyone who was given a parking pass had it revoked, only staff allowed to park on the EMPTY car parks from then forth. They will tell you lies about your apprentices to hide their own failures, this is why they are losing big names from their facility. AVOID! Totally faked an entire working day for a visit from Jeremy Corbyn when I was a student, doing things we would never usually do at all just to make the place look snazzy. They only care about your £££!
