    Would highly recommend Make kitchens to anyone. The showroom on the Boucher road in Belfast is so well laid out and there are lots of ideas to get you started with a new kitchen. Staff were extremely helpful with the design, choosing doors, work top, handles and finishing touches, they helped guide me through the whole process seamlessly. When it came to fitting the kitchen, Joe was outstanding. Such a class act at his job, his craftsmanship was a joy to watch as my kitchen all came together. 5 star service from start to finish!     Wouldn’t use this company again ! Ordered kitchen , didn’t get any plans from company. They recommended a builder to tile floor and plaster walls who tried to rip us off quoting 2,500 !! Kitchen finally arrived hob was smashed to bits in box , kitchen sink was late over a week and arrived wrong colour . Absolutely no customer aftercare , felt like once our money was taken we were left on our own , still waiting on a centre fixing to be replaced 7 months later and still no contract !     Unprofessional and abysmal customer service. The sale representative on every occasion was late to reply/deliver information promised. We waited over 6 months for an initial price guide and had to push to make a sale happen. We would have cancelled or looked else where only we were looking a unit to match the rest of the kitchen which was fitted by make so we were stuck. Delivery and fitting date changed and we were not informed. Fitting went ahead regardless of final invoice not being paid even though we were told it would not happen until the bill was settled. This shows the lack of organisation and professionalism. We only got the official paperwork (invoice/plans etc.) when we rang to complain and had to ask for the details. Even though all of this and more was fed back to the company, we simply got a 'sorry' Would not recommend! Service: Kitchen cabinet installation

    Great experience with Make Kitchens. Kitchen was to a high standard. Prompt delivery and good communication throughout. They were able to solve a problem caused due to the dimensions of the extension I was having built changing by a few centimetres which meant the original order I was due to receive the following week would no longer have fit. Michael was able to find a solution to change one door which solved the issue and avoided charging me anything extra.
