Previously I’ve not bought direct, used other companies or even tkmaxx/homesense. When ordering direct I was given the wrong information about products over the phone. Online voucher would not download, had to call again. Order was full of faults, from rough bases, to warped plates. Replacements offered were no better. Make Int. didn’t seem to think there was much wrong but did offer a partial refund after many frustrating emails when they could have just called me. Feel like they don’t care/ have any pride in products. Designs have changed so nothing matches my old set. Waste of my time and money all round. Keith Brymer Jones products are NOT what they used to be. Would be better to buy crockery from a supermarket or more reliable brand like denby.
