Frankly speaking I always considered recruiters one of the most useless individuals across my career path (either in house or outsourcer) - here we go beyond any expectations - Soft and never "closing" with clients...rude and unprofessional but with a huge fantasy for finding excuses with freelancers - Pathetic! The funniest part is that after approaching me they have asked me to give the contact details of my clients (big agencies and brands) for checking my freelance recommendations. Obviously I gave nothing however the briefs have never happened and I got bombarded by time consuming e-mails.
