Dangerous parking at Telford Bus Station expecting passengers to walk across passenger loading bays to get to vehicle. If this is how they load their passengers, I'd hate to see how they drive on the road.

What a fabulous set up, coach and driver (Richard). Major Coachways took our grassroots football team down to London for a Semi-Final in the U11's JPL Cup. The boys had the best time, although we didn't get the win! The booking process was slick, the customer service excellent, timing perfect and the overall experience to be celebrated. Didn't actually end up using the service due to covid changing plans consistently. However, Sukhdev was consistently professional and patient, for the past year he changed our plans as we needed. However, I have been on their coaches previously and everytime has been a great experience with friendly drivers. Will use these for events in the future.
