I have not used the services to be able to rate any better, but the customer service is lacking a little bit. I have booked in an appointment which was cancelled last minute and rebooked for a few days after. This appointment was also cancelled last minute. I do believe both cancellations were not the groomers fault as I was told. I have been advised they will look to book me in asap with another groomer but majobi never replied further to that. I have requested to be rescheduled with majobi but again had no reply. I decided to book with someone else myself.
