After an absolute horrible experience at the Majestic Wine in Reading (see the Reading review), we just received exemplary service at this location in Sonning. In fact, so much so that we would recommend that Ed be given a raise! He has saved the company from losing 2 customers. Not only did he answer all our questions, but spent time learning our tastes and helping us choose the appropriate wines to match. We left the shop about £200 lighter, but with a smile and no longer a sour taste for this company.

Went for wine tasting. Very disappointed! 7 bottles to try, very expensive wines at over £20 per bottle. Tasting table was very close to the entrance. Left after trying only 3 wines. Perhaps we were spoiled at the Majestic where we used to live.
