Made my order online or 3 fabrics. Was contacted the next day to say one was out of stock. I said that’s fine refund that one and the additional postage paid. They refunded the fabric but refunds to refund the additional £5.04 postage. They said they would refund me £3 but have yet to receive it and they now won’t respond to me, so I’ve currently paid postage of £8.99 when it should be £3.95.
