Booked a room here and paid and then when i got here he said they were fully booked? sat for hours waiting for answers then he said leave please . I litro paid for three nights and he said we were full

Unfortunately we arrived in a terrible time. electrical fault for 2 days, not lift ...internet and water on and off ..leaving the receptionist in a very imbarasse situation as maintenance was there but nothing was getting sort it. The studio was nice and clean. ...washing machine not working.

This is my 3rd visit to the place and I hope it will be the last. Every time I visit it I find out it got worse than before. The facility is in a horrible condition and nothing works as it suppose to. I changed apartments three times and still they is a lot of noise in each apartment I visited. I couldn't connect to internet with both devices that I have got as there is something wrong with their network. Not all rooms are clean so you should check each room prior to staying in it. Washing machine doesn't work and the oven too. Toilet lights don't work and it has got no window. The carpet in front of the sofa was dirty and wet at the same time. Footsteps from the room above us was clear that we thought - more than once - that they were in our apartment. Lift wasn't working when we arrived because power was down before that and they couldn't figure out how to connect the lift back and maintenance company simply didn't bother to come for help (as per receptionist). Location is wonderful and stuff are more than willing to help but facility requires major renovation as most of the equipment simply don't work!
