The worst customer service I have ever encountered, treat customers horrendously provide Poor quality furniture that will not last, company will not assist with quality issues and will do everything in their power to avoid responsibility. Send products out filthy and bug infested from india. Always delayed with incoming shipments, take payment and do not delver goods.

I’ve only been working with Maison for a few weeks for dropship but I couldn’t be happier with the service so far. From putting the order though to delivery- it’s all been so smooth. Delivery times are excellent- generally bring delivered within a few days of ordering. I’ve seen no issues with low stock and not too many people selling the same items. Products are of high quality and so far I’ve had really happy customers. Definitely my current favourite of all our suppliers for product choice, product quality, delivery times and return policy.
