I make it a point of leaving reviews when I can as they help me decide when to use a business - or not! I don't even live in the area but I remember seeing this new salon that looked so nice, so I popped in and I was so impressed, I now book all my appointment's here and I wont let anyone else touch my nails! The staff are courteous and extremely professional. All treatments I have had (nail and beauty) have been finished to excellent standards by all technicians and the customer service has always been exceptional. The decor is beautiful. They really have gone to such great lengths to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere and I do enjoy my appointments here. I have brought my daughter recently for the first time and she was so happy she wants to come every week! I have also booked appointments for friends and family for birthdays and special occasions and they have enjoyed the same experiences I have. I have been negligent in not leaving this review sooner but thank you for going over and above for your clients and making us feel special. I literally drive past other salons to get to you and I wouldnt change that! I would leave 0 stars if I could. I called and asked for a booking for a shellac pedicure and SNS manicure. The woman on the phone confirmed 6pm later that day. I arrived at 6pm and a different woman I spoke with said my booking wasn’t until 6:40pm. I was slightly annoyed but figured it could have been a miscommunication so I said I’d take a walk and come back in 40 minutes. After waiting for 40 minutes, the woman saw I had shellac already on and needed a removal, so she asked her colleague why she didn’t put a removal in their system… she then re-asked me what service I had booked and I retold them shellac pedicure and SNS manicure. The two woman bickered because apparently it was put in the system wrong. She then told me they don’t even do SNS. At this point I had waited 40 minutes and been told they don’t even do the service I booked even though the woman again in person confirmed she did in fact accept the booking knowing they don’t even offer the services. I left without getting anything done so it was a complete waste of time, and an embarrassment of a “business” - and I let them know I’d be writing an awful review and never coming back, and that they should get themselves together to not waste people‘s time.

I’ve just moved to the area and this place was highly recommended to me as the local nail salon. I was not disappointed! My manicure/pedicure was completed to perfection, my technician was extremely professional and the customer service was exceptional from when I walked in to the moment I left. I went to have a gel pedicure done here recently. My first time here. It wasn’t pleasant and I wouldn’t recommend. Firstly they kept filing over my skin and then putting very painful product on. The nails chipped after 2 days. I couldn’t go back until 8 days later and they informed me they would have to charge me for the repair as it was not within 7 days. They did eventually agree that it would be free. I have had a million pedicures but have never had my gel chip before. It was such a hack in my busy week to have to come back! Wouldn’t recommend!
