I cannot recommend Maintracts, and Malcolm, enough. I called them at 10pm on a Friday night with what I thought was an emergency. Malcolm must have spent 30mins calming me down, clearly explaining what I needed to do, and then arranging for a plumber to come out to me. Absolutely unbelievably good customer service. I can’t thank them enough.
