We had a blocked drain from the kitchen. Not knowing who to call we chanced Maintain Drains. Gave them a call at 8 am. They answered straight away and Jon arrive at 12.45. Can’t fault this company! My initial query was courteously answered out-of-hours, the appointment was made quickly and the job carried out with no fuss, total professionalism (and a good sense of humour too). The price was very reasonable and the communication - from several different staff - was excellent throughout. Even posting the invoice was easy. Would highly recommend this business and definitely use again. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, but thanks very much - in particular - to the man who actually came out and got our drains draining again: you’re a credit to your business!
