Not very professional organisation. Made appointment to visit show room as was informed this was by appointment only. Confirmed date and time by IM and verbally in voice call. Travelled to the show room and found it locked and no one to meet us. Called repeatedly and waited for 15+mins. Could not get hold of anyone. Have made enquires to find out why, but no response since. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. There are more professional suppliers in Solihull & South Birmingham area. Give these a miss. Thanks Mainstream Windows. I called after the front door lock failed on us in the locked position. Richard came out the same day and managed to unlock the door, trace the problem and provide us with a temporary replacement mechanism so the door was still serviceable until he could get the parts for a full repair. Although hard to come by, he managed to find a new replacement mechanism for us and fitted it quickly. We are once again safe, secure and using our same keys without the need for replacements!
