Extremely disappointing and very unprofessional. Would not recommend!!! Lesson booked as a surprise birthday present and when we turned up (after travelling for half an hour) Mark was not there to greet us and in fact did not show up at all despite waiting around for over an hour. After trying to contact him on numerous occasions on the telephone and leaving a voicemail as well as an email - very curt reply received saying that he had checked his bank account on the morning of the lesson and had not received payment so he had cancelled the lesson - with zero communication from him!! No phone call, no email, no nothing!! He had both telephone and email contacts and could very easily have made a phone call to check the payment, to which he would have found out it had in fact been paid. He actually asked for a contact number in case he needed to get in touch with us on the day - why did he not use it. We have now received a refund, which had to be chased up and will be booking our lessons with someone more professional. Not the way to run a business and birthday surprise ruined!!!

My daughter had her first flight today, 10 years after I had mine! Mark was a fantastic instructor on both occasions and we really enjoyed our flight. It's an amazing experience and would definitely recommend trying!

Such a wonderful experience that we thoroughly enjoyed! It was easy to arrange. Mark was brilliant and gave a great commentary of all the sights as we were flying around! I will highly recommend microlighting to anyone wanting to do something different.
