    HORRIFIC- AVOID AVOID AVOID- this is a scam! Wish I had read the reviews on here before foolishly trusting these people. Paid in advance £180 for a ‘deep clean’. Two sweet-seeming men rocked up late and were ‘ finished’ 2 hours later. Returning home was SO disappointing- photos attached. We are a clean house and were really keen for those untouched areas to be deep cleaned… it honestly looked worse then when we left it. A big make-up bag had also gone missing, worth quite a lot of ££. What has been more disappointing is trying to follow up with them and get some sort of refund or re-clean. 4 emails and plenty of ignored phone calls later, My housemate finally gets ahold of them- they tell us they’d be in touch first thing the next morning- still nothing. can’t believe this is even a ‘business’- we’re so upset.     AVOID and save yourself the stress!!! I booked 2 services with this company, 1 professional domestic clean and 1 end of tenancy clean at the beginning of November as stated that i wanted to pay by bank transfer. The domestic clean was booked for 10am on the 23rd Nov, by 10.30am no one had arrived so I called the office and was told they would try and get hold of the cleaner and call me back, no callback received so i called back at 11am to be told the cleaner was sick and would not be coming and they would send someone the next day, and they couldn't help if someone was off sick which is fine but shouldn't the cleaner have let the company know so that they could have contacted the paying customer to let them know instead of me having to chase them. The cleaner that did turn up for the next day half an hour later did a lovely clean and then asked for cash payment, I told her i had agreed bank transfer which she wasn't happy about and called the office, who sent me an invoice which i paid within 10 mins of receiving the email. So following on from this I was slightly nervous about the end of tenancy clean booking and called a few days before to confirm that it was booked in and that a Team of 2 would be arriving at 1pm on Saturday 11th Dec, I was told they weren't able to confirm how many cleaners but it was all booked in. So, Friday at 2pm i receive an email asking for payment in advance otherwise the booking will be cancelled!! I called the office ans was told it was Company policy to which I asked why i wasn't told this when i booked the service and why if I was paying CASH it would be paid after the service, so why did the bank transfer have to paid in advance especially as I had had such a bad experience with them before, well the lady on the phone was the rudest I've ever come across you would have thought that she was the paying customer not the other way around. I refused to pay in advance and she said i could pay half in advance and half once the service was complete, and received several emails asking for payment which I ignored. Saturday morning i receive a phone call just after 11am to say the cleaner will be there by 12-12.30pm even though she was booked for 1am and could i make a payment, I advised I would make a payment once the cleaner had arrived. The cleaner arrived at 1.30pm, just the one cleaner which was fine, I asked her about the steam cleaning machine for the mattresses to which she didn't know anything about, (this was specifically requested at the time of booking and confirmed by them via email. The cleaner called the Company and told me that another lady would be coming with the machine so I asked her to check with this lady before she started the rest of the cleaning only for this lady to say NO she wouldn't be coming!!!! At this point I am absolutely stressed out and upset as I needed the end of tenancy clean done by Monday, so I asked the cleaner to leave, she called the Company and they offered a reduced price which i refused as I would have had to find another Company to come in and do the mattresses. Incompetent, unprofessional and rude is how I would sum up Main Cleaners, AVOID at all costs, no matter how reasonable they are in comparison to other Companies. This is not a reflection on the cleaning ladies, they are lovely, it's just unfortunate that they work for such a diabolical Company and they have to face and deal with annoyed customers when it is the Company - Main Cleaners, that is failing the customer. Just so pleased that I stuck to my instincts and didn't pay in advance as it would be a nightmare trying to get your money back. Service: Standard cleaning

    AVOID AVOID AVOID. Wow, I wished I'd looked at the reviews on here before booking these cowboys. My own experience mirrors many of these reviews, I paid £180 up front for an all day deep clean of a property, they had fair warning that it needed a deep clean and had been neglected. One cleaner turned up, 90 minutes late, put her head in the door and refused to come in because of the smell of a dog. You're a cleaning company, what do you think you are meant to do??? Maybe we should clean up before you come so it's all smelling of roses first? Do not use this company.

    I had to pay in advance and the clean was not deep. We used the Lewisham branch of the comapny. My new tenants complained the flat wasn't clean and provided photos so I went back to Kristina and Maria who refused to do anything about it. I wish I'd read the Google reviews before using this company but they didn't show up on my search engine. AVOID! Services: Deep clean, Moving-related cleaning

    Office staff told me all the wrong things, and they have so many rules that I felt like I was working for them and not the other way round. They're not cheap at all and in the end the cleaning was mediocre with windows not cleaned, hob not cleaned and various things not done (basically the worst bits I had to do myself anyway). Would not recommend at all.

    Do NOT use , terrible service and very unprofessional, booked a deep clean/ carpet clean, explained to Tanya the condition of the flat, even sent a video, was told yes it can be cleaned, the price went up due to the condition… 2 cleaners turned up no proper gear, clothes , masks… they looked around then disappeared… 20 mins later I get a call from Tanya in the office, saying the cleaners are refusing to clean the flat because of the smell…. When Tanya was very well aware of the condition, even charged more money…. To say I was fuming, then Tanya sais we’ve wasted there time, as her cleaners could of went elsewhere!!! The company were told everything about the state of the flat… and then for the cleaners to just disappear , is SOOO UNPROFESSIONAL. THANK GOD I PAID NO DEPOSIT. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM THIS COMPANY. Services: Deep clean, General carpet cleaning
