Paid them for a delivery to France for auction goods, Never got the items or a receipt for the payment, they just kept blaming it on covid when other companies were delivering on time Basically they said that I should have paid more for the delivery and it would have been guaranteed but they offered the price options then said it was my fault that I had not paid the higher price
