Absolutely terrible service. I went there to print pictures for a medical appointment and the ink had clearly run out (the Printer even warned me) I politely told the man there who I believe is the manager, to be met with a curt, snappy response. I sent the images to them via email to try on the other printer and was made to feel like they were doing me a massive favour just because they were helping me (and I was paying a charge for their help). I felt intimidated by the two men who then tried to charge me for the faded print outs and the new ones. David was extremely rude and when I explained that his behaviour wasn’t fair and it had upset me, he came across very aggressive. Luckily there was another woman customer in the shop at the end, as they were very rude and intimidating. Will not be using again and I suggest no one else does
