Beko goes above and beyond to be kind, polite professional and extremely helpful when dealing with customers like us. Every interaction we have had with him has always been a happy experience. He gives the company a good name and it only helps the branch. I have recommended more Ripken to this particular branch due to the amazing customer service And people skills Beko shows on a daily basis. I really hope that he is acknowledged for he’s exemplary work, because it shows that he takes pride in he’s work and he’s interaction with customers is very professional and he’s quick to solve any issues within a matter of hours.
