Very poor service. Its been a month now then also I didn’t received my courier. And they gave me a tracking number, more than a week now I am seeing the same thing on it no updates at all. Don’t what happened with my things. Feeling so bad and I wasted £180 and my things as well.

I had 4 boxes to be shipped from the UK to Dubai and Mailbox made the process so easy. After a nightmare from another company, I remembered mailbox as they were close to my student accommodation. I spoke to them on the phone and within half an hour they had arranged for a driver to pick my stuff up for just 10 pounds, then they weighed my stuff and gave me a final quote which was very reasonable. They gave me the tracking number (using aramex as the sender) and all this took only one day. It was hassle free, no waste of time and very easy to communicate with. I would for sure use the service again and highly recommend it. I spent days trying to find a decent service with a decent quote and nothing came close to the quality, service and price of mailbox rusholme. I received all my stuff in perfect condition.
