It’s honestly a disgrace that the same guy refuses to do printing each and every time. No matter how many pages you want to print, 1 or 50, he’ll just say he’s busy (not) and tell me to go somewhere else. Every other staff member is excellent and professional, but this one guy is an absolute joke. I hope with this review management realises that there is an employee straight up refusing to serve customer.

Quality packing, double boxed and lots of large bubble wrap and cardboard. Excellent communication and fast dispatch once packed. Well done to the team, not easy objects to wrap. Definitely use MPE again.

Used a few times for larger calenders for mosque and binding of booklets printed but on a previous visit they referred me to a newsagents down the road to print a few documents. Fast forward to today and I've gone out of my way to visit again needing to print a returns label. The owner asked could he help, I informed him I just needed to print a couple of pages and again he asked me to go down the road and they will help me. This shop down the road isn't affiliated by the way. Its just that mail box don't like printing small quantities. When questioned about this he became very shirty and defensive yet still wouldn't let me pay for services they supposedly offer. Joke of a company and certainly won't get my money or recommendation again for personal or business. And if you're reading this, the shop down the road was closed so you wasted my time and fuel coming all the way there for nothing but at least this review can help others not to make the same mistake. Remember the smaller orders are still money and customers, treat them bad and word will spread.
