A really thiefs, chiara, In particular, he attended me and charged me for a certified delivery service to my country. He told me that he would send me the tracking code, despite mails for more than 4 months in which he simply told me that he had not been provided with the code luwgo simply stopped responding, even though it was insured, he never told me anything else. A complete scammer as well as this courier store, seeing the ratings it has it seems that their ineptitude and scam is something common, we must denounce these behaviors to the consumer associations. I hope they close soon because they are real THIEVES AND SCAMMERS.

They charge you ₤10 to drop off your own UPS package and hold it until the driver picks it up. Harrys on Westbourne grove wont charge you at all to drop off so go there instead.

The staff here are what make the services special. I’ve been a customer since 2012 and through this time have seen people come and go, but everyone is friendly and wants to give the best service they can. Chiara and the rest of the team are keen to answer any questions and give good advice. A special shoutout to Bobby however, who deserves extra recognition for wanting to go above and beyond for customers in the name of good quality customer service. If I’ve ever had an issue, the team have tried to resolve this where possible. There is access 24/7 for those using mailboxes and the hours for staffed services are pretty reasonable. So many services are offered, it’s always good to keep them in mind.
