I went to MBE Lewisham this morning and all the excellent reviews I read earlier about this place and overall Shantel who welcomed me and dealt with my parcel are just still so far from the reality! What a fantastic professional and exquisite person Shantel is! I am so happy and delighted to have found such a place with a customer service far beyond any of my expectations! I struggled to find a cardboard box for the guitar I needed to expedite but Shantel built one with two boxes that just fitted at the perfection and with all the extra care to protect my fragile item. Dear Shantel, I can't thank you enough for your attention and professionalism but also for being this funny, smiling and kind person who made my experience today a real pleasure, you are such a wonderful gem! I printed off some work at this shop and it couldn't have been more than 35 pages of A3 work and I was told only after everything was printed off that the price was almost £1 per page. This conversation would have been nice to have had before the printing had begun because I was pretty shocked at the total price. Check prices before printing as there's apparently no turning back once its out!
