I sent a very important documents to india through these people but the documents never reached the destination. I remember when i went to post the documents. The lady who works over there kept forcing me to take the more expensive service. When i refused she was not very happy with that. I think she just took the money from me and actually never posted the documents. Despite me contacting them several times they don’t have any answer to where my documents are. Please never use them. Always use royal mail directly not through them.

I needed a valuable framed drawing collected from Bonhams Knightsbridge. Marcello was whom I dealt with at Mailboxes. He was unbelievably professional and kind both through email and telephone. He provided me with clear options for shipping incl. whether or not to apply extra insurance etc.. My picture arrived yesterday. It was so beautifully and securely packed ( I know that sounds weird) but I have been in the antiques business most of my life and wrapping things well is an art form! Marcello had exceeded anything I have ever encountered. So much care and attention and understanding of what he was actually packing. It arrived as said, fast and effectively. Could not recommend more highly a service.
