I do not recommend anyone to use their service. They are not reliable at all. I sended a parcel through this branch and my parcel never reached the destination! I lost my parcel, and when I rang them to asked the information about it, they responded me very rudely to cover their error. I am so sure that they never send that item! Please I request, do not use this branch of SW7 4UB, London. I never faced this kind of problem before when I used other agencies.

Paid £5 to get a parcel collected, as couldn't arrange a courier collection. 1 month later, parcel just redelivered back to me. Though the staff member who served me was pretty rude and didn't care less when I was in the shop , at least I can rest easy now knowing he was also entirely incompetent. Go to the branch at earls court, they also give the impression they cba with your custom but at least get the parcel to the right place. Long live customer service.

Horrible service. They will try to put your package in oversized box to then overcharge you. Prices are well higher than online service. If you try to bring your package labeled they will refuse to accept it even that they are marked as UPS drop off . Crooks.
