    If you want someone to break your goods and keep your money you are at the right place. I paid for shipping my ceramic lot with full insurance. Most of the items arrived broken. I sent photos and asked for compensation the day our boxes arrived. I have to say that the packing was not professional and inefficient. have a look at the photos! I have been trying to contact them by email for 10 months now and nobody is replying. So I paid insurance for nothing, my items arrived broken and .... they simply don't care.

    I used these when I needed an item collecting from an auction house and delivering to me. To cut a long story short, it took over 5 weeks to arrive when most other services take between a few days and a couple of weeks. Communication was also terrible as out of 7 emails I sent, only 2 were answered. I actually had to contact the auction house to chase these up before anything was done! Would definiately NOT recommend. (All comments I have posted can be verified)

    Item I purchased through auction was collected by MBE Guildford on the 19th Oct...was finally P&P to me and received on 13th Nov. seems to me too long? but I accept we are living in challenging times. The packing was excellent, cost to send was very fair, If I had received some communication without having to phone and email myself, would have still given 5 stars.

    Contacted this company to pick up 2 small auction lots in the same town. Quoted me £38 to collect and pack in a single box. Seemed a little bit high but went with it expecting a fast premium service. Unfortunately I had to chase for updates twice and after 2 weeks my parcel was sent. On the plus side it was well wrapped. Perhaps not a service provider to use if you are in a hurry...

    Requested a quote from Michelle at Mailboxes Guildford, to collect and post three A4 sheets from an auction house in Basildon and post them via Royal Mail Special Delivery in a plain hardback flatback envelope, no box or packaging required, to the East Midlands and they quoted £34.00 (THIRTY-FOUR POUNDS)!! The aictioneer told me Mailboxes were attending there anyway. Very disappointed!!
