Do not use this place for your DHL drop offs. They charge you £5 unlike any other drop off point. They say that they do this as they are not DHL, but neither is the Ryman down the street who will take your packages for free.

Being in the UK for the first time as a student, I wasn't quite sure how the postal services worked here. Additionally, I wasn't quite sure about the different services offered. So, I decided to try my luck at Mail Boxes Earls Court. I explained that it was my first time posting a parcel here. Hence, I was provided with a detailed and polite explanation by Esther. Additionally, different packaging options were helpfully suggested, when it was clear that the conventional packaging would not work for me. An all around good, friendly and professional service.
