I rarely give out 5 star reviews, but this place deserves it. The members of staff here are really friendly, pleasant and helpful. I came in with a few parcels I needed to send off, but the instructions by the retailer on how to do so were a bit unclear. I was feeling a bit confused and anxious about sending off my parcel as it was a high value package, and I didn't want to get this wrong. Dave (the member of staff in the store) was very patient, attentive, intuitive and helped me out with my parcels and packaging. This was my first time in mailboxes etc, and the experience here was a delightful one. Side note: the store itself is nice and quiet, especially during off peak hours and provides services like mailing parcels and free fed ex express packages. They also sell your typical Post office goods like stamps, stationery, packaging etc. Overall, I'd highly recommend this over a local post office anyday.

I use Mail Boxes Etc. Manchester - Deansgate very often and I can say with confidence that this is one of the best places if you need to send a package or print anything. Not so long ago I needed to send two large and fragile sculptures. Lauren was kind enough to get the best price for postage and the packaging was just perfect! The sculptures reached the place undamaged and safe, the recipient also noted the quality of the packaging. I would like to point out that the entire staff of Mail Boxes Etc. Manchester - Deansgate is very pleasant and friendly. I will definitely contact them again! I recommend.

She helped me with a return to a company in Europe who had not provided the necessary papers for me to return the item via Fed-ex Post-Brexit. Janet explained what I needed to ask the company for and safely kept my parcel for me while I arranged the appropriate papers with the company. Janet then helped provide the necessary papers to the Fed-ex driver.
