DO NOT GO HERE. Not only was the store owner extremely unfriendly and became completely hostile when I refused to look at his garden out the back (why would a woman go alone with a man out the back of the store, when she doesn’t know him?). They are a total rip off. They charged me double what the post office did when sending the exact same package. Stay away from here.

Poor service. Advertised as a FedEx drop of location for prepaid free returns. Charge £4.50 per package to be dropped off there, when they literally just hand it to the FedEx man everyday. Cluttered shop too and unfriendly staff. Led to an awkward encounter

Would not recommend for a few reasons: (1) The curt customer service (2) They seem to operate on a much higher price point and they lean into getting you to pay more, potentially for something you don't actually need. I went in with an £50 medium sized Item already securely wrapped and just needed it boxed and shipped. After I explained what it was and where it was going, despite the staff member not having any clue what it was, still "heavily recommended" I get more padding and wrapping before being boxed. The result meaning I'd be paying more for unnecessary wrapping, and for a larger box to compensate, which has a knock on effect to the cost of shipping a larger container that's heavier. I think i remember he said it was £8~ for the box alone. In the end the full cost came to half of what the item was worth. First and last time I'll use these guys probably. The staff member with the ginger hair seemed very blunt and was the only interaction I had with staff there - so if you probably had him learn some general customer service, appreciate a customer, be clear, (maybe even say hello when a customer walks in!!!) then at least the hit of the cost would be softened. Better off buying all your boxes, bubble wrap etc elsewhere and going to the post office, or going direct through DHL/UPS/DPD. It'll probably cost you much less and get better service.
