I can not recommend them enough! I have always shipped my paintings with them both local and international, but this was a very large and especially fragile painting and Enrique and Lee were so so wonderful with packaging carefully and making sure the collector received her new piece in Brooklyn in the exact time she wanted it to be delivered. While I can't fault my interactions with the customer service of Mail Boxes Etc in Shoreditch, the value for money of posting with these guys is minimal. If I'd have thought that boxing and bubble wrapping an iMac already boxed in its original packaging would cost £35 and take two days, I'd have absolutely bought the necessary packaging materials and sent it via Parcelforce myself. £77 to post an £800 second hand computer nationally feels like daylight robbery.
