1. Told us the tracking for international parcels will be sent to our email account. It never arrived. Husband had to go back there and it was super difficult to find out what happened. Staff didn’t know why we were told it will be sent to us via email. 2. Paid for a small parcel £25. 1.2kg. Wow! 3. They never used Royal Mail. Now they do and our parcel was lying for over 20 days “somewhere”. 4. 10 days in and tracking says “sender preparing your parcel”. You need 10 days to prepare our parcel and you charge £25 ? Never again. You are a disgrace.

Fantastic, prompt professional and reasonably priced service. So impressed with Carlos and Ellio. I contacted them following a purchase of photographic equipment from Chiswick Auctions and service was excellent. From instruction to receipt of the items was 7 days. The items were packed to a high professional standard and communication throughout good including provision of tracking information. We have used couriers including Mailboxes and Pack and Send weekly for over 7 years and this service stood out as being one of the best ... thanks you.

Carlos and his team are effective, helpful, and friendly. In the past three months, I've sent parcels overseas and in the UK, bought packaging, used their printing services, inquired about mailing options both for professional and personal purposes. Compared to other stores nearby, I felt that they have the best customer service. They helped me pick the best options and always gave me solutions to try and make it work for my budget. They were also upfront about risks and straightforward with me about timings. I've never had to walk in and wait.

June of 2021 paid for a letter to be sent to Special Delivery to arrive the next day as it was high important, letter didnt deliver at all! Due to the loss and failure of the service that I purchased in Mailbox Chiswick, I've been been penalised and occurred harsh penalties as this has now escalated to the courts! I have called multiple times since the loss of my mail and stressed the urgency for this to be resolved but nobody to have called me back from the company with a solution or even as much as an update. This is extremely disappointing and lacks customer service. Go to post office for Rolay mail services. They are not responding if your letter gets lost!

This place is horrible bought 30 pieces of small boxes and realised they were too big for my product. So I went return it and they refused to give me a refund and they still took the boxes they also gave me a fake-looking voucher and the manager of the store was extremely rude and unhelpful. So, in a nutshell, they like to take your money and give you no service.
