Visited Mail Boxes Etc. Camden and my experience did not reflect the low rating shared by other customers. Firstly, they stocked all the materials needed to pack and ship a painting abroad including large boxes, shredded cardboard void fill and glass tape. Secondly, they provided multiple shipping options including DHL, FedEx, ParcelForce providing a clear breakdown of costs, timings and insurance options. This is not something I recieve at a standard Post Office. Thirdly, within three hours and dropping off the painting at the store, I recieved the tracking information from FedEx in my inbox. Lastly, Maria was not only professional, diligent and friendly but demostrated a high degree of care for the item being shipped. While Mail Boxes Etc. comes at a premium, the Camden location did live up to their promise of convenience and logistical agility.

This company shut down their other branch in Oxford Street a few weeks ago withouth refunding their customer for unused time on their mailboxes! Stay well clear of this company your money is at stake.

I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a mailbox. This business is run by the same limited company that operated the mailboxes in Oxford Street. Following the sudden closure of their shop in Oxford Street (for unpaid rent), they lefts tens of customers stranded with no refunds on postal services, or refunds on their mailboxes paid in advance. Be ware!
