Whilst training for the marathon this year, when building up to the longer distances, I began to encounter calf pain in my left calf which on two occasions had me not running for weeks and had me seriously considering whether I was going to be able to run. Manu took a look and instantly found the root cause than countless physio appointments hadn’t highlighted. He then provided practical solutions including taping and insoles which allowed me to continue running without pain and take part at London this year. I couldn’t recommend Manu highly enough, friendly, knowledgable and caring. Thank you, I’m very grateful.
