I engaged Maidstone Mechanical ro install a new combo boiler, removing existing conventional boiler, hit water cylinder, and cols water tank. They also installed a new shower cubicle and shower mechanism. The contractors arrived at the agreed time. I was expecting one person, but 3 people arrived. Even the boss arrived in rhe morning ro ensure all was well and that all parts required has been delivered to site that morning by a courier. The contractors were considerate by ensuring everywhere was covered in dust sheets. One guy concentrated on removing and installing the shower cubicle, another one concentrated on the boiler, the 3rd person helped where most needed. At the end of day 1, although I had no heating, I did have cold water. The house had been left neat and tidy, and was ready for teh contractors to finish off the following day. Again, the contractors arrived on time, and git straight on with the job in hand, and it wasn't long until they were packing up and going home. I had heating and hot water that evening, as a working shower. The following day, one contractor arrived, and this time installed Hive, giving me full control of mu heating at the touch of a button. It knows when I am leaving home, and can turn the heating on at set distance from home (not that I have used this option yet). The following up sevuce has been fantastic. I had a very slight leak around the shower, and within a couple of hours Maidstone Mechanical were on site to remedy the problem Highly recommended trader
